This data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the contracted platform services and is subject to the information separation and confidentiality provisions of the applicable Partner Agreement.
Our platform integrates with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms via API connections for the purposes of real-time lead attribution and closed-loop performance reporting. Data shared with these platforms is limited to what is necessary for campaign optimization and performance measurement, and is subject to each platform's own privacy policies.
We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding products and/or services. The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing, and selling relevant products and/or services to you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely following up with you regarding the products or services you're interested in.

We maintain strict information separation between Partner Firms — no Partner Firm's data is shared with or used for the benefit of any other Partner Firm.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, to protect vital interests, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
