The following is a recent email we received from one of our clients…
“A lot has changed. 2018 was the best gross revenue year I’ve had in my 10 years practicing law in TN. In fact, it was such a good year that, by July, I realized that I had to make some changes that, at 62, I hadn’t anticipated.
So, between August and year-end, I took the following steps:
1. I took real office space outside my home.
2. I hired a part-time legal assistant (four hours a day, three days a week).
3. I now have two other attorneys working for me part-time (and need to find another one, as they are o.k., but not ideal, for reasons I will explain when we speak).
Needless to say, all of this has increased my monthly overhead significantly, which makes me nervous, but if business continues to come in at the rate it has been coming the past six months or so, I think I will be able to generate sufficient revenue to cover it and still make a living.
Right now, the problem is not getting new business…. I have more than I can handle. The problem is being able to service it. (Not the worst of problems! J)
Talk with you soon!”
Obviously this letter from Francis and his experience is something that we’d like you to be able to experience as well.
