There are a number of things that ‘Magneto’ does to get round your lack of proof 
First it creates proof of your credibility via the ‘magnet’ you’ll offer to your market in phase 2, which by its very nature implies leadership, expertise and experience.
Second it forces you to aim at highly defined niche market(s) that suit your experience and background and creates a ‘story’ of how you found the solution to the market’s BIG problem. Again the ‘story’ is proof in itself (one platinum client started a business with one million euros with no previous clients and got 2 clients before they opened the doors using a ‘story’ just like this).  
Thirdly ‘magneto’ produces press releases that as soon as they’re published act as proof of your status as a leader and credible expert.
As far as spend is concerned campaigns vary. For some campaigns you’ll need a list. These cost usually a minimum of 500 pounds and you should budget for around 150-200 pound per thousand. In terms of roll out costs we wouldn’t spend more than a few hundred pounds to begin with. Once the response is proven we would roll out in phases testing all the way. All we have to do is put the right message in front of the right people consistently and you’re away.</description>
